We have a capacity of up to 400 delegates for conference  and 11 meeting rooms, all on the ground floor, airconditioned and have ample natural daylight.

Transport & Parking

We’re only half a mile from Durham city train station where national providers LNER, Northern, Trans-Pennine and Cross Country regularly operate. If you’re driving, then we’re easily accessible from junction 62 of the A1M motorway and car parking is on site and with two electric vehicle charging points too.
