Legal PA – Private Client & Charities – Liverpool

We are looking for an organised individual to join our Private Client & Charity team as a Legal PA!
You will be responsible for working closely with the fee earners to deliver exemplary client service.
What we need from you
✔ Excellent writing and communication skills.
✔ Ability to multitask and prioritise.
✔ Flexibility and adaptability.
✔ Ability to work as part of a team and be willing to work independently where required (but with appropriate level of supervision as needed).
✔ Prior experience of being a Legal PA.
What you’ll be doing
- Acting as point of contact for clients (internal and external).
- Matter management; including file opening, client inception, risk management and file structure.
- Manage accurate monthly delivery of volume bills and assist with financial housekeeping on all client matters to include billing, WIP management, disbursements and debts.
- Diary management and inbox management.
- Assisting with trial bundles, instructions to counsel, court documentation etc.
- Booking and arranging travel arrangements
- Managing databases/spreadsheets and filing systems.
- Assisting with the preparation of reports and correspondence.
- Working closely with the DMA and fee earners to support the departmental meetings where required for both internal and external meetings.
