Well that’s it for 2017! We’ve had a fabulous year filled with fun & laughter in between working hard & reaching our 5 years in business milestone.
We feel so privileged to be representing this industry and will be celebrating our 5th business birthday in Leeds with an event on Thursday 25th January 2018 from 6pm at Malmaison. We have Channel 4’s Millionaire Party Planner, Liz Taylor of the Taylor Lynn Corporation as our special guest speaker and lots of surprises on the night. We’ve held over 40 PA events in 2017 for our Yorkshire and Merseyside assistants and had some brilliant speakers helping PAs to up their skills in the profession. Looking to 2018 we have lots of new ideas in preparation for our 10 year milestone with our five year plan being currently written.

The PA Hub Conferences in Liverpool and Leeds were well attended with fabulous speakers and we cannot wait to announce our speakers for 2018! The Venue, Travel and Christmas Showcases were great for the PAs to meet the suppliers and we want to thank everyone for their support.
We also want to thank our team who have all worked hard and helped make it all possible with our Executive Assistant Gemma Walton, our Event Assistants Clem Crowther & Liam Harrington, our Tech Gurus Alex Berry & Matt Harrington, our Marketing Head Gem Neilan, our Media & PR Jamila Juma-Ware, our Accounts Head Nick Gibson, our Photographer Sam Toolsie, our AV partners iCO Events, our print partners Absolute Media and all our sponsors – we couldn’t do it without you. Our biggest thank you goes to all our members – you are amazing and we are very excited for 2018!
It was also great to spend quality time with our Exec Sec LIVE family in London, Johannesburg, Auckland & Washington DC this year – amazing events and memories we can’t describe including a trip to Cape Town and visiting Desmond Tutu’s office. We made so many new friends who all love this profession and a big thank you goes out to Lucy Brazier for including us on this international platform. International Networking is well and truly on the agenda and Marion is proud to be attending the World Administrative Summit in Frankfurt in October 2018 with her international colleagues.
